Fedshi Policies
Fedshi takes responsibility for delivering the orders to the customers at the least cost and fastest possible delivery. In most cases, we deliver confirmed orders within 1-2 working days in Baghdad and 2-4 working days in other governorates.
Customers pay for the delivery fees, which are added to the receipt depending on the address that the reseller inputs for the customer. Delivery fees are below:

Delivery Status Journey
In progress
When we receive the order, we prepare it within one to two working days, except for weekends and official holidays.
At this point, we prepare, package, and box the order in a specific box to make it ready for delivery to the customer.
Make sure to check and confirm the correct customer’s info (name, address, and phone number) and the correct products ordered by the customer.
In case there is any problem with the order’s details, we will contact you to inform you and instruct you on how to fix it.

You can cancel the order if it’s still in progress by visiting the “the orders” category inside the app and canceling it directly from there.
On delivery
If the delivery status is “on delivery” “قيد التوصيل”, it means that it has been handed to the delivery guy and he’s on his way to the customer.
The delivery will arrive within the official delivery times shown in the table above.

Paused
If the delivery status is “paused” “متوقف مؤقتًا”, this means that the order needs progressing by the fulfillment team.In the cases of replacing the order or gifting it, the delivery status will be paused as it won’t be delivered like regular orders to the customer.
Multi-shipments
If the delivery status is “multi-shipments” “متعدد”, this means that the order has more than one shipment and each has a different status. For instance, one product might be a replacement and the other one a new order, or one product might be gifted with other regular products.
Canceled
You can cancel the order if it’s still “in progress” status “قيد المعالجة” directly inside the app. For any other delivery status, you should contact resellers’ care at [email protected] or through the resellers’ care number +9647807343434.
An order would be canceled if it violated any of our policies, any provided info was incorrect, or if the product was out of stock.
Rejected
If the delivery status is “rejected” “تم الرفض”, it means that the order was rejected by the customer when it was delivered.
Returned
If the delivery status is “returned” “تم الإرجاع”, it means that the order was retrieved from the customer upon the reseller’s request. To apply for a return request, please check our company’s return policy.
Fedshi offers a flexible return and exchange policy to customers who are not fully satisfied with the product. However, there are a few basic rules that apply for the product to be eligible for our return policy:
- The returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, and the return request must be submitted through the reseller.
- Fedshi will handle the delivery fees if there is a mismatch with the description or a missing item. Otherwise, the customer pays the delivery fees.
- The order amount will be returned to the customer or replaced with a new product as the customer desires.
A return request will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The return request is raised later than 7 days after the customer receives the product.
- If the items were makeup, skincare, underwear, swimwear, socks, and perfume and have been used or not in their original condition.
- Used items cannot be returned or exchanged despite their categories.
- If the product has a warranty from the manufacturer and the warranty period has expired.
How to return orders:
- As a reseller, you will be responsible for serving the customers after completing the sale process.
- If a customer wants to return or exchange an order, you have to check the adherence to the return policy.
- If the return policy is satisfied, then you should raise a request to the reseller care team at [email protected] or 07807343434.
Note:
In the event of a return, the profits generated from the returned order will be stopped or clawed back if they had already been paid. In the case of an exchange, the profits generated from the exchanged order will be stopped or clawed back and the profits generated from the new order will be paid out after completing the new order.
Fedshi is keen to ensure that it pays its resellers their profits within 1-2 business days after delivering their orders, hence it operates a favourable payout policy that can be seen below:
- Once an order is submitted, the reseller’s profit for that order will be added to “Upcoming Profits” under the reseller’s Profile in the application.
- After the order is delivered to the customer, the reseller’s profit will be added to “Earned Profits” under “Profile” in the application.
- Fedshi transfers the profit of the delivered orders within 1-2 business days after delivery of the order and receipt of the amount from the customer. Regardless of how much the reseller’s balance is in the Earned Profits account, Fedshi aims to transfer that amount to the reseller within the promised timeframe, Afterwards the reseller can submit a request to transfer his profit from the App to his Zain Cash wallet.
- Cancellations, rejections, returns and changes:
- If an order is cancelled or rejected prior to delivery to the customer, the profit will be reduced from “Upcoming Profits” under “Profile” in the application.
- If the order is returned after delivery to the customer, the profit will be deducted from “Earned Profits”.
- If “Earned Profits” are zero, the balance will be negative until additional profits are generated to pay the balance.
- If the order is exchanged, the profit of the returned order will be deducted from the “Earned Profits” and the profit of the new order will be added to “Upcoming Profits”. Once the new order has been delivered to the customer, its profit will be added to “Earned Profits”.
- Fedshi reserves the right to amend the final profit paid to resellers if there were mistakes in entering or setting the order’s description, price or calculations, whether the mistakes were done by Fedshi or any other party.
Receiving Payments
- Resellers are required to set up a Zain Cash account to receive their profits from Fedshi, or any other approved payment method as required by Fedshi from time to time. The company takes into account reasonable costs and efforts for resellers in the event it introduces a new payment service provider.
- To set up a Zain Cash account, resellers should prepare their personal documentation (civil ID or national ID and residence card) and access the Zain Cash official website (click on this link) for further instruction to set up a basic wallet or else visit the nearest agent (shown on website) to upgrade the basic wallet to a permanent wallet or issue a permanent wallet right away.
- Once profits are disbursed to the reseller’s Zain Cash wallet, they are considered received by the reseller. The reseller can keep it in the Fedshi app or submit a request to transfer his profit out of the app to his Wallet , otherwise it will be saved in the app. The resellers use any methods offered by Zain Cash to withdraw the money including cash-out from agents, ATMs for MasterCards or any other method operated by Zain Cash.
- When the reseller sets up an account with Zain Cash, the reseller will enter into a separate agreement with Zain Cash that Fedshi is not a party to. Once Fedshi has disbursed the reseller’s profits to his/her Zain Cash account, Fedshi will not have any responsibility or control over the profits anymore.
